Carl Tompkins

Carl Tompkins is the founding President and CEO of The Way of Business (TWOB), a faith-based nonprofit ministry dedicated to educating professionals and business leaders on conducting business according to biblical principles. The organization's mission focuses on building "three forms of capital"—financial, social (through community service and relationships), and spiritual (integrating faith into the workplace)—to foster improved economic, social, and spiritual outcomes.

With over 45 years of experience in the glass industry, including roles as a strategic manager and national flat glass sales manager for companies like Sika Corporation (working with Fortune 500 clients), Carl brings extensive practical expertise to his ministry work. After retiring from corporate life, he established The Way of Business to teach concepts such as divine ownership (viewing business assets as God's stewardship), corporate tithing, ethical leadership, and aligning profit with purpose to serve others and address societal issues through faith-driven practices.

Based in the Spokane, Washington area (with the ministry located in Nine Mile Falls, WA), Carl has been active in local faith and community initiatives, including facilitating faith-based committees and speaking at events on topics like biblical manhood, workplace faith, and business success God's way. He continues to lead consultations, classes, and resources through The Way of Business to inspire professionals to integrate grace, integrity, and generosity into their careers and companies.
