Bob Ferguson was found guilty of malfeasance in office, making him ineligible to run for Governor or hold any public office in Thurston County Superior Court case 18-2-04658-34. This violates state constitutional laws and can be removed from office according to RCW9.92.120 and RCW42.12.010
